เป็นเครื่องวัดค่าความเป็นฉนวน/ค่าความต่อเนื่อง ขนาดเล็กและเบา มี Bargraph แสดงค่าแรงดันที่ใช้ในการทดสอบฉนวน แสดงค่าแรงดันไฟสลับ (AC Voltage) ของวงจรที่วัดด้วยตัวเลขกะพริบ
